We always travel in style
The owner of this glorious, vintage Rolls Royce
kindly agreed to chauffeur us from the church
to the reception.
Here's a health, Carolina
Reggie is tempted to break into USC's alma mater,
which calls for the raising of an invisible glass.
Lee Anna, a dawg 'til the end, is not tempted.
The twirl
Months of intensive training and practicing pay off in a big way
as Reggie and Lee Anna execute the complicated ballroom dance maneuver
known as "the twirl."
Who knew Fred could dance?
Lee Anna and her dad search for the rhythm during Natalie Cole's
"Everlasting Love." Occasionally, they find it.
Reggie gets down
After accepting the fact that he is required to dance,
Reggie throws himself wholeheartedly into the task.
The three musketeers
Reggie enjoys reuniting with his two favorite
college roomies, Dan and Dave, both of whom travelled
far to witness the unbelievable -- Reggie dancing.
Maybe the streamers weren't such a good idea
Reggie and Lee Anna learn that whereas bubbles are soft
and harmless, sometimes streamers don't unroll before they
strike you...

Sitting in the lap of luxury
We finally get to sit down, and what a fantastic seat!
The ride to the reception was far too short in this
lovely car.
Finally, food!
Reggie and Lee Anna stare intently at their cake, eagerly
anticipating the only food they'll get all night.
(The cake topper is a replica of the Charleston gazebo
in which Reggie proposed.)
Momma's boy
Reggie takes his beautiful mom for a spin around the
ballroom in the Marion Hatcher Center.
Mother-in-law's boy?
Reggie takes Lee Anna's beautiful and sprightly mom for
a tour of the dance floor.
"You'd better shape up!"
Sandy, Brooke, Lee Anna, and Lesley sing earnestly about
how men need to behave, as expressed by Olivia Newton John
in the movie musical "Grease."
Round up all the single ladies
Here it is, the moment of the reception most
single women of marriageable age dread, the bouquet
toss. Lee Anna attempts to inject it with some levity.
See Reggie and Lee Anna run
Notice again the legacy of the streamers. Also
note that the person holding the umbrella has apparently decided
we can't all fit under there.
